Hi C, you can benefit greatly from using the Booklet, CD & lip balm. That is already a huge aspect of quitting – getting the resolve. It is always best not to take anything when you are pregnant, however none of the herbs in the capsules are known to have adverse effects on pregnancy. But know that you have a very strong motivator to stop – your little baby. So use this, build your resolve around this and then use the lip balm as a new anchor rather than taking a cigarette. Listen to the CD, do the breathing…all strong supports for you. Also just remember – your body’s addiction to nicotine will only last 4 – 5 days – then it’s the habits…find something else to distract you for those first few crucial days…you can do it! GOOD LUCK & Congratulations!

Dear Janine, lovely to hear from you and well done it really is an achievement. It’s an extremely difficult habit to ditch cause there’s so much of your identity tied up with having a cigarette punctuating your day and finding how much time is available to you when you stop is incredible and of course rewarding yourself with a treat with the money you save. All of you who are still in the quitting process Janine bears such great testimony to the journey. thanks to her for sharing each step she took, however grueling. and guys remember you are worth it!

    hello everyone
sorry i havent been in touch, havent had a computer for over a week – let me just add – its been 2 months for me and gosh i did try everything and beyond nicotine helped me – i am sooooooooo grateful – never thought i could do this. Firstly Freedom, again you are fantastic and a GREAT support to all of us who have given up and have become non-smokers – WOW a priviledge to know you on this site. Tumo – wow, what an inspiring story – you should be soooo porud of yourself- congrats to you. Freshair/Sandi/Hangingin – go girlfriends and sandi’s husband ( i smoked for 27 years and also was close to 40 day-yip i understand), you can do it – its damn difficult but you can do it, poor Freedom had to listen to me as well at every mile stone – now i can say after 2 months i am definitely a non-smoker. I still get the odd craving but i have the lip ice and it works no doubt about that. So ladies/gentleman you should be proud if yourselves and hang in there – you can do it – WEEL DONE TO ALL OF YOU, I REPEAT YOU SHOULD BE PROUD OF YOURSELVES – YAY – til next time take care
